What a day!!!

I just had the most incredible day and got to drink from the Cup!! Unfreaking believable!! I went to Cheli's after the parade and sure enough they came piling in with the Cup and ready to party!!
They had a private room set up for the players and their families upstairs but a few of them were out partying with the people with the Cup. Chelios, Ozzie and Lebda were doing on the bar with the Cup letting all of us drink from it. It was incredible to touch it and drink beer from it as Chris Osgood was pouring it having himself a great old time.
He was incredible to all the people and partied for over an hour with us. You could tell this meant so much to him and he wanted to share it with us. He stopped everyone after a trip around the bar and asked if we were a team an everyone went crazy. He then said ok and told everyone up front who had already drank from the Cup to step back and let someone else up front until EVERYONE drank from it. The place went crazy. They ended up taking 5 or 6 trips around the bar top and I was lucky enough to drink from it twice and touch it many other times.
Chelios awesome as well, he was the first one in the door with the Cup over his head and let all of us touch it as he made his way slowly through the crowd. The cheering was unbelievable. He took it behind the bar and filled it with beer and the party was on. He went up to every person at the bar and either shook hands, hi fived or tapped glasses with all of us. He drank a beer on our end of the bar as Ozzie got everything going on the bar and laughed and had a great time. He was an incredible host and was basking in the incredible environment.
Lebda had the best time of all and is going to feel this in the morning gauranteed. He was an outstanding guy that was trully partying with all of us. He was sitting at the bar with everyone else doing shots and everything. He, Downey and Jimmy Howard were spraying the crowd with beer and champagne going crazy like kids again. Those guys probably can't believe this is happening to them.
I can't thank the guys enough for the incredible time that I and many others had today and will over the course of this incredible summer as Stanley Cup Champions.
