Sidekick?
I don't have the whole 'outdoor kitchen' that you need for an outdoor oven, so when I heard about an 'oven' that I can put on my BBQ side burner I was ecstatic. Its called the Sidekick, but I can't find it anywhere, my friend is obsessed with BBQ blogs and heard about it on there. Has anyone heard anything? Where can I get more information?

filthy restaurant
I am writing to you because I am hoping you will look into this restaurant or direct me to the proper sources.
Pappas restaurant on Kelly @ McCormick in Detroit on the Harper Woods border is a filthy mess. The ceiling is covered with black soot and hanging black dust, there are broken tables, the window sills are covered with bugs and dirt, the bathroom is dirty (the walls, sink, toilet with no toilet paper) the windows are soiled and the cooler that holds juice, milk and other drinks is filthy from top to bottom. I don't know how many roaches are there but I only saw one. When I confronted the owner he was very indignant saying there is nothing he will do about it and he just had a health inspection 2 days ago. If Detroit health inspectors are giving a pass to this kind of restaurant then they need to be reported. This place is not only a health hazard it is a danger to our children and elderly who may have compromised immune systems.
Please help me have this place cleaned up.
Power failure food guidelnines
The info in your blog was most helpful. I find it ironic, though, that it appeared in an on line blog during a power failure.
I think that most people would have found the info more useful on Tuesday, in the actual paper, rather than on line on Friday. Those who needed it most would probably not have had the 'power' necessary to use their computer. Plus, by Friday, most food was probably already spoiled.
...just a thought ;-)
I'll print and file a hard copy of the info for future use.
Thank you!
